What is your IP address?

Is it just me, or does it start to feel a little weird disclosing all of this information to these other discussions that have been started like "What's your Operative[sic] System?", or "What Anti-virus do you Use?"?
Is there an extra (possibly false)feeling of safety here because we share interests? I realize that there may be nothing to gain, but those ANSI bombs were a lot of fun, and you really didn't gain anything from them either.
