help needed

hi my newegg account got jacked and was used to order almost 1000$ worth of stuff. luckily i caught it in time and canceled the orders. i then changed passwords on the account and the associated email. i contacted newegg and notified them of this activity. i also got a name and and address (if its not just someone he used to frame if anything happened). ive done as much research on the guy as i could. i also tried calling him and the number didnt work. i would like to get back at this asshole. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

if i had an ip i would have taken care of it myself lol. the problem is i only got (if even real) a name. with that i got adresses and phone numbers but i would love to get an ip but newegg wont release any information without a police report.

this had nothing to do with a bank account. It was my newegg account and the associated credit card with that account. I already closed the account and made a new one, but i would like to pay the asshole back.
