no when youa are setting the payloads options it will ask to select the uripath itself at that time you can just give the wanted uripath..

but if im talking 2 someone and i can let him click an url what is the best exploit 2 use. and is this how uripath works. i mean to convert anexploit to an url or should i convert a paload.

whwn you got the box then its all what about exploit you have already sent the exploit..
uripath is specialy ecncrafted url..
when the target clicks the uripath th exploit is sent to it if the exploit works then its fun..
there are many ports on which you can use uripath..
the uripath is associated with your ip address..
so u must mak...

u can make an url using the explorer exploit then send it to the target
google it geys it is intersting

use vnc exloit to see the desktop of the target..
use ftp buffer overflow to hack ftp session to web server
there is one new vulnerability found in windows xp sp3 and higher including vista and windows 7..
ms09_ add the exploit to framework use it set payload reverse stager set uripath
exploit you will get the server wait for the target to cannect.. hap...
foe windows xp sp2 and sp 3 hacking netbios session
scan for port 135 139 443 53
if open then use ms08_067 exploit set payload reverse windows shell or meterpreter set smbpipe or browser
exploit enjoy!!

and here a second way:
make an executable payload and send it thin listen for the connection with net cat.

scan with nmap find a vulnerable target.. use meterpreter ..
send the uripath to target..

I want every body to feel free to share us some good and efficient ways to hack an ip of a box (computer) not a web site with metasploit.
you can mention the method or you can explain it
I will begin the first method:
you can scan the ip with nessus(a tool that look for vulnerabilities) and combine the report with metasploit and the metasploit will search for the bug that the nessus found.
please geys we r here to share and discuss. : )
