Kingston DataTraveler Secure Privacy Edition - WTF!

I'm posting this because I would like to get comments and/or insight from other HoH members. If you are not familiar with the Kingston DataTraveler Secure - Privacy Edition USB key, it's a USB flash drive that encrypts all data written to it in 256bit AES. It has 2 partitions, a CD-Rom filesystem partition that contains the software to create/enter your password for access to the 2nd parition, a "private" encrypted area.
