Yes you can. open a cmd prompt, type cmd.exe > somefile.txt

most free webhosting services don't let you access the logs, so I would suggest writing a PHP script that records the IP addresses, and maybe compares them to a list of proxy IP's so you don't end up trying to hack a proxy
