Hmm i dont think that this will work!
That chareunit on the PCB (and in the Battery) work together.
Without any kind of communication the chargeunit will charge the bettery all the time....
Problem? The battery gets overcharged.

Your ISP has set a speed limit for the normal connection (inet)
If you use IPTV the prover will unluck this limit, but just only for the IPTV Server!
I think there is no way to get the fullspeed also for you internet traffic.
