proxy using libwhisker

I am looking for a proxy script using the libwhisker library.

I know nikto using libwhisker and I know that the source package of libwhisker already has a proxy.pl but this one is not using libshisker at all. Cant understand it but thats the way it is. Does anybody has experience in programming a proxy in perl?
