How to start with Reputation Risk management and Crisis communication
As a (network) hacker, I'm totally new to Reputation Risk Management, Black PR etc etc......
How can one learn about this? Is following an education in PR a good idea? Any good sources of information besides Spin Hunters? Good books to recommend?
Any advice would be welcome.
