how do i uninstall a program that does not appear in programs and features

how do i uninstall a program that does not appear in programs and features in my pc, it is an antivirus called personal antivirus, the program is operating funny and it is asking me to pay for it or provide a code to complete and there no way to delete the program, please house help me my laptop is in serious trouble

honestly... i would reinstall...

another recommendation: personally, I like to virtualize everything... I harden my host OS as much as possible, and run virtual machines to do all of my work in; frequently taking snapshots and backing up everything that is important. In this scenario... if you ran into the same situation with malware, you can revert to a snapshot.

he look like but it's not really a malware i'ts a popup Pub form, in your case use a good firewall to block "avnotify.exe" he will not echo that form cause there is no connection (for your AVIRA Personal Edition ;)).

see like this when i boot the system is will load and ask for password and i don't know what to do i have try pressing f7 but it not working out

which laptop is it an ADIDAS, IPOD or a BMW, Jenifer Lopez.... :p cause those laptop doen't store the password in CMOS any more, some of them use NVRAM other EEPROMs.. there deferent technology and deferent checksum...so be specific
